Welcome to Lilas Clean Corp! You agree to the following terms and conditions by using our cleaning services. Please read them carefully before booking our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving cleaning services from Lilas Clean Corp, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Service Agreement

The cleaning services provided by Lilas Clean Corp are governed by this agreement. Upon scheduling or booking any service, you accept the terms of this agreement.

3. Scope of Services

Lilas Clean Corp provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)

  • Deep cleaning (more thorough cleaning in hard-to-reach areas)

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Office cleaning

A detailed list of services can be provided upon request. The scope of the cleaning will be agreed upon during the booking process.

4. Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking: To schedule a cleaning, you must provide details such as service type, address, preferred date, and time. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a $50 charge will apply.

  • Late Arrival: If you are more than 30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, Lilas Clean Corp reserves the right to reschedule the service or charge for the time spent waiting.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: You are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned. If access is denied, Lilas Clean Corp may charge you for the missed service.

  • Pets: You must inform us about any pets at the property. We reserve the right to decline services if pets are aggressive or create a hazardous environment.

  • Valuables and Fragile Items: Lilas Clean Corp is not responsible for damages to fragile or valuable items. We recommend that you secure or remove such items before our team arrives.

  • Appliance Handling: Our cleaners are not permitted to pull, disconnect, or move any appliances, cords, or electrical items. Please ensure these items are properly secured or moved before the scheduled cleaning.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Rates: Our rates for cleaning services are based on the type of service, the size of the area to be cleaned, and any special requests. You will be provided with an estimate before services begin.

  • Payment Methods: Payment for services can be made via:

    • Credit Card

    • Debit Card

    • Cash

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made directly to the cleaning team or online if pre-arranged.

  • Additional Charges: If the scope of the cleaning changes or if additional services are requested, Lilas Clean Corp reserves the right to adjust the final price.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will either re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

8. Liability

  • Property Damage: While we take utmost care in cleaning your property, Lilas Clean Corp is not responsible for damages to items not securely fastened, pre-existing damages, or items that may be fragile or improperly maintained.

  • Personal Injury: Lilas Clean Corp is not liable for any personal injury that occurs during the cleaning process unless it is directly caused by our negligence.

9. Health and Safety

  • Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for both humans and pets. However, if you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the cleaning, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Access to Cleaning Areas: You agree to provide a safe and clean environment for our cleaners. If any areas are deemed unsafe (e.g., blocked exits, wet floors, or hazardous conditions), Lilas Clean Corp reserves the right to refuse service.

10. Termination of Service

Lilas Clean Corp reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if we deem it necessary, including but not limited to situations where:

  • There is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • The work environment is unsafe or hostile.

  • Payment issues arise.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or property information collected during the booking and service process will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal obligations.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lilas Clean Corp, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the cleaning services, including any damage to your property or injury that occurs during the cleaning process.

13. Disclaimers

Lilas Clean Corp makes no warranties or representations about the quality or results of the cleaning services beyond the scope mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, marks, or odors.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the state of Illinois, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Illinois.

Lilas Clean Corp provides exceptional cleaning services to maintain a clean and healthy environment. However, please note the following:
Our services do not include removing, treating, or exterminating rodents or insect infestations. If you have such issues, we recommend contacting licensed pest control professionals before scheduling cleaning services with us.

Lilas Clean Corp is not responsible for removing or remediating mold and mildew that has built up significantly over time. For extensive mold and mildew issues, we advise seeking the services of a certified mold remediation specialist.
